How it works
Your parking protection plan
Autopilot America provides unlimited automated contesting for eligible Chicago parking tickets and handles the paperwork and mailing for you. The Better-Off Guarantee: The face value of a Chicago ticket is yours. Every penny the city stacks on top of it is ours: if an eligible ticket doubles on our watch, we pay the late penalty. If your car gets booted over one, we pay the boot, the tow, and the storage. As long as we prevent, pay on time, or beat your tickets, the guarantee is satisfied.
This is a protection plan, not insurance. We help you avoid and contest parking tickets.
Street cleaning & snow removal alerts
Get timely alerts for street cleaning and snow removal on your block. If you still receive a ticket, submit it and we handle contest preparation and mailing.
Coverage requirements
- ✓Alerts must be enabled in your profile
- ✓License plate registered in profile settings
- ✓Address where ticket was received must be tracked
- ✓Respond to at least 1 alert text (e.g., "Moved")
- ✓Provide requested documentation as soon as possible (the faster you respond, the stronger your case)

- • The face value of a ticket you're ruled liable for — one exception: a sticker or plate ticket we were set up to renew and missed
- • A tow for another reason — a tow zone, a snow route, an abandoned vehicle
- • Moving violations, DUI, and criminal traffic charges
- • Tickets from outside the City of Chicago (suburbs, state, tollway)
- • Tickets without proper documentation
